Scope and Content

From New Street, near Dorset Square, London, to Revd Gaulter in Church Street, Spitalfields, London, informing him of Sally's safe return from the west of England.

Gaulter's daughter should call on Charles at 11 am.

Gaulter should enquire at the book room whether the copies of the sermons that Sally sent the year before have been disposed of.

Her brother Samuel has discovered three of their father's hymns at Cambridge, including 'Sinners obey the Gospel worde. The hymns were set to music by Handel, and are apparently in his hand. This collaboration can possibly be explained by the mutual friendship of her father and Handel with Mrs Rich, who was converted at West Street Chapel, and who Sally can remember visiting at her home in Chelsea.

Samuel hopes to publish the hymns, and any help that Gaulter can offer in this respect would be most appreciated
