Scope and Content

From Samuel Wesley in Euston Street, London, to Sally Wesley, near New Street off Dorset Square. He has just received the enclosed letter from Revd. [Thomas] Jackson, 'which is a proof that the cause of the hymns will not be languid among the Society'. He has never met Jackson but the letter shows the friendly feelings that Jackson has for him.
