Scope and Content

From Hugh Bold in Brecon, to Charles Wesley at the City Road Chapel in London. Since his return from London, Bold has been trying to secure from Thomas Price the tenant of [Walter] Churchey's estate, the rest of the interest.

The enclosed amount was only received yesterday, and should convince Wesley that the full amount has not yet been received. Bold must reconcile himself to losing his expenses 'as well as that in the cause of yourself and others agt Gwynne'.
