Appointment by way of demise and lease for 99 years, from 29 Sep last past, rent £1 7s 6d yearly, 31 Jan 1834; (i) Hannah Couch, with privity and consent of Thomas Couch of town of Swansea, sailmaker, (her husband), to (ii) David Clement of same place, blockmaker: Piece of ground (being part of estate so devised to Hannah Couch by will of her late father, David Edwards, gentleman) being in Edwards Terrace containing in front 16 feet 6 inches and extending eastwards 28 feet 6 inches and joined on west part thereof by house built by William Johns and on north part thereof by house built by John Middleton (since deceased).
