The material is composed of bundles of typescript, and are the stories entitled The queen's hairpin, The fairy of the dawn, The jade jar, or, Green flask, The knight of the golden lance, and The golden lily. One of the bundles includes notes on Blackwood's stories probably by Professor G. H. Robertson, Department of Fine Art, Edinburgh University. The notes are headed with the information - Craigowrie, July 1961, G.H.R.
