William Rixon's will of 1734 left property to be sold to provide pensions for poor, decayed tradesmen aged 60 or over, preferably householders of All Saints parish. The charity was combined with Thomas Hodgkins's charity, and subsequently incorporated into Oxford City Charities in 1972.
