Administrative / Biographical History
Scottish Hotels Ltd , registered office in Glasgow, Scotland , was incorporated on 31 December 1914 with an initial share capital of GBP 6,000. The company was the proprietor of the "Royal Hotel" in 106 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow . Scottish Hotels Ltd went into voluntary liquidation in 1964 . No more is known about the company's history to date.
