Contains the personal papers and correspondence of Sir Frank Francis, including papers relating to: speeches, writings and research; committee, club, and association membership; consultancies; social occasions, events, and openings; conferences and symposia; and national and international librarianship and bibliography matters. Some family papers are also included, as is a small amount of posthumous papers collected by Francis's wife and daughter after, and chiefly relating to, his death.
