Scope and Content

The manuscripts comprise mainly sermons and sermon notes by Owen Thomas and other preachers; together with poetry, correspondence, a diary, and other miscellaneous papers.

Owen Thomas (1812-1891) was a Welsh Presbyterian minister and author of several works, including Cofiant John Jones Talysarn (Wrexham, 1874) and Cofiant Henry Rees (Wrexham, 1890).
