Administrative / Biographical History
Colleen Chesterman studied at the University of Sydney before gaining a Diploma in Sociology from the University of Warwick. In 1978 she submitted an MA thesis (Department of Sociology, University of Warwick), 'Women in part-time employment: an investigation of the growth of part-time employment in Britain since World War II, with particular reference to patterns of employment in Coventry'.
