Interested in cycling and the trade union, attended night school during the Second World War. Moved to Coventry in 1941 to work at Rootes. Joined the navy. Back to work for Armstrong Siddeley. Moved to Canada in 1953. Returned to Ansty and worked at Rolls Royce. Involvement in the trade union movement. 48 minutes.
