Address: Linton Park, [Kent]. To an unknown recipient. Discusses soup and coal subscriptions for the poor of Cranbrook, Kent, who were suffering from the failure of the hops; promises to continue the subscription given by his recently deceased [second] wife [died 3 August 1840].
Autograph, with signature. On mourning paper.
