Administrative / Biographical History

Vladlen Igor Konstantinovich Pavlenkov (1929-1990) was a political refugee from the Soviet Union who settled in the United States and campaigned against Soviet postal censorship. The Freedom of Communications organisation he founded was dedicated to this cause.
