Administrative / Biographical History
The Davies Charity (Educational Foundation of William Davies) was active during the 19th and 20th centuries, supporting education in Tre-lech a'r Betws, Carmarthenshire. Alderman S. O. Thomas was involved with the charity in the late 20th century and wrote a history of the organisation. He also accumulated papers of the Tre-lech a'r Betws, Carmarthenshire, branch of the National Farmers Union.
