Indenture between John Ireland of the Hutt [in Halewood township, Childwall parish, Lancashire], esq., of the first part, and Henry Ogle of Whiston, Cheshire, esq., of the other, leading the uses of a fine of the capital messuage called Robie Hall alias Burie Hall [Roby in Huyton-with-Roby township, Huyton parish, Lancashire] and all other houses, lands, etc., at any time the inheritance of Ralph Burie, late of Roby, gentleman, deceased, of Michael Doughtie, late of Lathom [in Ormskirk parish, Lancashire], gentleman, or of John Ireland, late of the Hutt, appertaining to the same in Roby.
