Includes Season booklets 1959-1967, 21st Birthday concert programme, 'Hampstead Music' leaflet 1965 and general letters to members. Britten becomes honorary president in 1960 and resigns in 1971.

Correspondence is between Jerry Shields, Miss Joan Miller, H D. Cooper, Percy Selwyn, with typescript replies from Britten and his secretary J. W. Cullum.
