LETTER: Francis Mascall [solicitor] giving his opinion that the Earl of Anglesey cannot be sue for paying the whole bill for coals from Kenross Colliery to Mr. George Bowser, instead of reserving ¾ for G.B.'s partners Messrs. Foster, Bonner and Gaunt as the notice they gave him stated.
