Scope and Content

Describes the case of Christian Danock but cannot give any account of the dissection. Gives a description (given to him by Crawford) of Freer doing ward rounds. After his visit Freer visited Dr Monteith and Dr Allan “and to show his powers of smile smiled the Citric Acid.” Mackenzie’s patient White has died. Describes Mackenzie’s letters as “dry & wretchedly meagre stuff.”
