LETTER: Robert [Morgan] Bishop of Bangor to [Principal Dr] L[eoline] Jenkins addressed to his lodging as Judge of the Admiralty near Exeter House, in Strand, London, discussing problems with the collection etc. of Holyhead tithes and discussing the College's tenant Howell Lewis who 'offers to putt a tricks upon ye College for having left several tax[at]ions due in his tyme unpayd w[hi]ch he was bound to pay by his Lease'.

He will urge the commissioners not to 'suffer such a Bull-head fellow to gore a Societie of Ingenuous Scholars'.

He also asks the recipient to present his 'humble service to our friend' Lord Rochester and his Lady when at Westminster.
