'Disput.11th Of Sufficient & Effectuall Grace. At an exercise kept for the mutuall Edification of many Ministers of Worcestershire, at Ked. 1654 This Disputation is Mr Baxters own hand writing given me with other of his writings by his own hand Joseph Read. 18 July 1712 Henry Reade’s Given to him by his Cozen Joseph Reade' ‘Qu. Whether God hath given to all men Grace sufficient to faith or Salvation’ f 264r: ‘The next Disputation that lay by me was of the Irresistibility of Grace: But I cast it by lest I weary the Reader because the Same things are said in the first & 2d booke of Pacification’

Custodial History

According to Black this being very closely written in quarto it is therefore not one of the MSS given to Dr Williams's Library by Matthew Sylvester, in 1733; but is the quarto MS given ‘by the Revd. Mr. Henry Read, March 22. 1764’ As recorded in ‘The Book of Benefactors’ to Dr. Williams's Library.
