In three chapters, with a postscript, and a note about George Lawson. By Baxter and described by him as 'A Politicall Catechise, Occasioned by a Letter to me.' Seemingly unfinished tract in quarto.

Includes: ‘Q. I have long thought that you Divines Should meddle only with Divinity, & leave matters of Government to Lawyers & States men: your medling doth but trouble the world.’
