Apparently consisting of brief remarks and suggestions, on the perusal of Baxter’s Autobiography; written by the Amanuensis of Mr Roger Morrice: ‘A Key for Catholicks, proveing that the blood of the King is not by Papists to be charged upon Protestants.’

Baxter wrote the similarly titled A key for Catholicks, to open the jugling of the Jesuits, and satisfie all that are but truly willing to understand, whether the cause of the Roman or reformed churches be of God; and to leave the reader utterly unexcusable that after this will be a papist (1659)
