Letter from Martha Carolina Goldsworthy to Mary Hamilton. She writes that she has been ill since July and was absent from Court for two months as Dr Turton has advised her that this is absolutely necessary. The letter continues on her health and on the Queen’s understanding insisting that she does nothing that will fatigue her.
