Meetings were held every few months, in February, April, May, June, July, September, October and November. Each meeting is split into open and closed sessions. Items addressed at every meeting are: the location of the meeting, attendees and apologies, matters arising, administrative matters, staffing matters, committee and national boards' reports and a public affairs briefing.
