Meetings were held every few months, in February, April, May, July, October and November. Each meeting is split into open and closed sessions (in the following format: open agenda; minutes of previous open meeting; closed agenda, minutes of previous closed meeting; supporting papers for open agenda items; supporting papers for closed agenda items).
Items addressed at every meeting are: the location of the meeting, attendees and apologies, matters arising, administrative matters, staffing matters, committee and national boards' reports and a public affairs briefing.
