Administrative / Biographical History

A Delaware corporation acting as a holding company for the Group's US investments. Over the years these have changed considerably. In 1979 the Company managed over $200 million. Investments included a 43% stake in Investment Advisors Inc, and a range other unrelated businesses in the US. James Finlay Limited, through this subsidiary company, acquired the 100% share capital of Autocrat LLC in 2014. The purpose of this was to expand their tea extract business within the US markets.
