Scope and Content

(i) John Meadows Frost, William Ronald Walcott Shand, Oswald Okell, John Percival Gamon, and Henry Davis Jollife, all of Chester, gents., and Frederick Walter Blood of 38 Bidston Road, Birkenhead, co. Chester, gent., trustees of Chester Golf Club, whose links are at Sealand.

(ii) Reginald S. Hilton, secretary of the club.

(iii) George Ledson and Joseph Ambrose Ledson, both of New Marsh Farm, Sealand, co. Flint, farmers.

Agreement for (iii) to have right to graze sheep (not more than 1000 at any one time) on land in parishes of Hawarden, Northop and Connah's Quay, now used as links of Chester Golf Club, and for (iii) to provide supply of water for drinking and lavatory purposes.

Term: yearly from 02 Feb 1915.

Rent: £50.
