The records in this collection include a Jubilee Card of the Buckley Division of the Primitive Methodist Circuit; posters relating to factories and quarries in the area; a Buckley soldier's release papers and bible; and an autobiography of a local Buckley man detailing his experiences in the Second World War.

Administrative / Biographical History
The Buckley Society is a local society based in Flintshire North Wales, dedicated to promoting historical interest in the Buckley area. Formed in 1946, its objective was to promote the culture of Buckley and district and also to preserve, record and publish its history for the benefit of the public.
