1. Fanny Crockford of Le Boeage, Guernsey, spinster; and Julia Crockford, Elizabeth Crockford and Harriet Crockford, all of Essex Villa, Denmark Hill, co. Surrey, spinsters.

2. William Tristram Keightley of Liverpool, gent., Watkin Anwyl of Dogelly, co. Merioneth, gent., William Keightley Job of Heywood, co. Lancs., cotton spinner, and Evan Evans of Holywell, co. Flint, quarry proprietor (otherwise the Holywell Railway and Lime Stone Company).

3. The London and North Western Railway Company.

Release from #1 to #3 of easement, both as tramway and road of line of railway of Sarah Frances Crockford (referred to in deed poll of 2nd November 1847), and #3 grants Fanny Crockford permission to build bridge across the Chester and Holyhead railway at a point (specified). Proviso regarding use of said easement by Fanny Crockford for term of 2 years 1 month.
