Scope and Content

LETTER: E. Williams, 3 Twthill Terrace, Carnarvon to her cousin. She was glad to hear that they were all enjoying themselves. She find it very dull and can hardly passed the time as there is no one to amuse her. She wishes it was possible for him to spend Friday with her as it is a holy day and there will be a great deal of people about. She asks him if he knows of anyone that would suit her as a lover. She discusses the exhibition to be held at Manchester and suggests that it would be a good place to look for a sweetheart. She says she would like to go, but has no companion. She enquires about his little sister and says that he will have learnt a lot by the time he has a child of his own. She asks him to visit her soon, and in the meantime write to her.
