Scope and Content

Christmas card of the nativity scene. A shepherd with a crook is standing with a lamb to his side, and Mary kneels over the baby Jesus in a crib, under a tree. The figures are all left white, and impressed from behind to give some texture and definition, and an embossed effect. They are set against a purple arch with a darker purple border. The card is made of one sheet of cream paper folded twice, so that it is of double thickness. Inside is a printed message, and a manuscript letter which continues on the under side of the paper, visible when the card is unfolded.

Physical Characteristics and/or Technical Requirements
