Oval metal medal, with a short red, white and blue ribbon, and pin. The medal is of a thin, light white metal, badly tarnished. With a female figure walking, holding a shield and sward, in relief. Medal awarded to Kathleen Courtney by the Serbian Government for her work with the Serbian Relief Fund in Salonika and Bastia during the First World War.
