Poor condition. Yellowed, black marks (from the franking ink) top right and right edge of front. Abrasions on corners, and very small tear left edge. Some faint foxing. Creases top right quarter. Brown discolouration on the reverse, top centre and around the postage stamps. Production method: mechanically printed from a photograph, on card.
