Giordano Bruno Cavagna was born in Bologna, Italy, on 26 January 1921. He was Professor of History and Natural Philosophy at Minghetti, an academic institution in Bologna specialising in Classical Studies. His publications include La soluzione kantiana del problema epistemologico fondamentale (1962) and La dottrina della conoscenza in Enrico Bergson (1965). Between the years 1961 and 1966 he was working on his Metafisico classica e cristiana. Giordano Bruno Cavagna died in Bologna on 17 May 1966.
