Covenants: to use the property as a meeting house and burial ground, 'during such time and times as the civil Magestrates shall permit and suffer them peaceably to meet... but from after such time or times as they the said people called Quakers shall or may be legally hinded, prevented and not suffered by the civil magestrates to make those aforesaid uses thereof that then...' the said premises should be to such other uses as the trustees think fit; covenant for appointing further trustees.
