Made by Rich. Summers Harford [as in 266], a Quaker, at the request of the Monmouthshire Monthly Meeting, with Jas. Lewis, Wm. Cooper, Wm. Belch [?all] of Pontypool (co. Monmouth), Jn. Harford of Melingriffith (co. Glamorgan), and Morgan Parry of Newport (co. Monmouth)

Declaration that the said £90 as raised by subscription amongst the members of the Monmouthshire Monthly Meeting, and that the property is held by said Rich. Summers H, for such uses as the Monthly Meeting may decide.
