About 12 yeards square), being part of the lands and tenement called The pant, used for a burial ground by the people called Quakers, with right of way through 'the orchard by the side of the New House of the pant', in Llanvihangel-ystern-llewern (co. Monmouth).

Covenants for quiet and peaceable possession, and to make or suffer further conveyance if required.
