Letter from Sullivan to D'Oyly Carte agreeing to the duo (Gilbert and Sullivan) writing a two-act piece of work ( The Sorcerer) under his management, and their terms of agreement. This document was used in evidence, Gilbert v. Comedy Opera Co., 29 Oct 1880.
