- Copy interleaved as for prompt, with handwritten corrections to the text. Labelled on front 'Corrected copy V / Mr Bull' in Helen Carte's hand.
- Two early copies (one lists the original London and New York casts) marked as 'manuscript copy' and 'for private circulation only'. Both were given to Rupert D'Oyly Carte by Elfrida Ionides in 1929. The letter of donation to Rupert D'Oyly Carte may be found in THM/73/14/10.
