The collection consists of compositions entered for competition in the 1922 Eisteddfod Gadeiriol Mon - poetry, prose, plays, essays etc. There are also collection books and bills, lists of subscribers, bundles of newspaper cuttings and posters, blank forms and tickets dating from 1921 to 1932.

Scope and Content
Administrative / Biographical History
An Eisteddfod is a Welsh musical and literary festival. Wales, as well as having a National Eisteddfod which is held annually for the whole of the country, also has smaller festivals which are held at a local level. The Anglesey Eisteddfod (Eisteddfod Gadeiriol Mon) is held at different locations every year throughout the island.

Arranged according to record type and then chronologically. They have been incorporated into the General Collection of Bangor Manuscripts.
