Original artwork, engravings, woodcuts, etc, by Bottomley’s other artist friends: Clinton Balmer (including silverpoint portraits of Bottomley, and with a silverpoint portrait of Balmer by W. Alison Martin); Edwin Balmer; Constance G. Copeman; M. W. Dodd; A. Hugh Fisher; B. J. Fletcher; Reginald Hallward (including the original edition of Vox Humana); Robert Lillie; Mary McCrossan; Judith Masefield; Osborne Mavor; Riette Moore; Helen Munro; Charles Ricketts (a sketch for A Fancy Dress Party, 1903); Charles Shannon; Joseph Southall; Julian Trevelyan; Jack B. Yeats; and other unidentified artists. Together with a medallion from a silk dress painted by Charles Conder for Mary Davis. Also a catalogue of Emily and Gordon’s bequest to the Carlisle Art Gallery (Opening Exhibition, 1949) – their collection of paintings, drawings and etchings by artists such as Rossetti, Burne-Jones, Ricketts, Shannon, Maddox Brown, Nash and many others, with a foreword by Professor Claude Colleer Abbott.
