Volume compiled by the Rev. A. T. Jenkins, minister in the Bedwellty until 1878, in Rhondda until 1894 and at Bethel, Penclawdd from 1894 onwards. It consists of short-form death certificates pasted into it in date order, and constitutes a record of the burials he carried out.
