Scope and Content

To an unnamed correspondent (John Wesley), enclosing a transcript of Dr Dixon's letter re the persecution of Methodist students at St Edmund Hall, Oxford, including a detailed examination of the refusal by the Vice Chancellor to allow the matriculation of Stephen Seager. (On the back in a different hand (John Wesley?) is written "Too technical for insertion").
