Frank Cousins was born in 1904. Trade union leader. Labour MP for Nuneaton, 1965-6. Minister of Technology, 1964-6. General Secretary, Transport and General Workers' Union, 1956-64 and 1966-9; Chairman, Community Relations Board, 1966-8. He died in 1986.
