Printed libretto book signed by Britten, the librettists E.M. Forster and Eric Corizer, as well as the producer and performers from the first performance including Peter Pears, Basil Coleman, Theodor Uppman, Geraint Evans and Fred Dalberg.

Billy Burrell's wife, Barbara Burrell, has signed her name in the front of the book.
