Most of the print on the spine has come away. A topic discussed at considerable length in these minutes is the administration of the Society's National Health Insurance Business. Activities and premises in the West Bromwich area are also discussed at some length within the minutes. This may be because the Wednesbury Society (who took over responsibility for the West Bromwich area in 1903) had to transfer three groceries, a drapery and a boots branch in West Bromwich to the Soho Society in 1920.
Inserted in the pocket at the back of the book are typed minutes of finance meeting, dated 12 October 1922. There is also a typed paper recording the drapery departments, suggested stock depreciation.
