Forms of Notification of Change of Directors or Secretary or in their Particulars. Previously titled, Register of Directors or Managers, 1907, 1926-1928; Particulars of Directors or Managers and of Any Changes Therein, 1932, 1937, 1939, 1940, 1943-1949; and Notification of Change of Directors or Secretary or in their Particulars, 1951, 1953.

The forms were used to record changes to directors, officials and secretaries. Information recorded includes name, address, other occupation and changes made. From 1926, the form was modified to include nationality and in 1951, date of birth was added. Forms are manuscript until 9 October 1926, MID 1/1/2/8/4/1, when they become typescript.
