Scope and Content

The register includes entries for baptisms and burials. From June 1777 baptism entries give the name and descent of the parents (but father's descent given only up to 1799), and burial entries give occupation, descent, and cause of death.

Also includes a memorandum of repairing and re-pewing Bramley Chapel, 1823 [folio 27b]; a list of incumbents, 1238–1947 [folio 28b–29]; a terrier, 26 May 1905 [folios 32b–35]; a list of marriages nos. 99–132, 1784–1793 [folio 39]; terrier, 21 June 1786 [folios 39b–41]; a memorandum of the repair of Braithwell Church in 1821 [folio 41b]; a memorandum of a gift of £250 by Thomas Bosville for the purchase of lands for the school, 1818 [folios 42–43].
