Made by Robert Hughes of St George's Crescent, Llandudno, lodging house keeper re land in Llansantffraid Glan Conway conveyed to Enoch Hughes in 1867 on which 4 dwellinghouses known as 1-4 Victoria Terrace were subsequently erected and inherited by RH upon the death of EH in 1893.
