Case brought by Lillian Ruth Nash and her son, George Edgar Nash, age 15, against the owners of S.S. Rangatiri regarding the death of George Nash, husband of LRN, while working on S.S. Rangatiri. Nash fell from the gangway into the wharf in Sydney, Australia.
